"A world-class curriculum for today’s global digital student"

Delivered in partnership with Rosedale Academy (BSID# 668726) in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, Rousseau International School offers the internationally acclaimed Ontario Secondary School curriculum, which provides a strong foundation for students to attain college readiness before leaving Cameroon to study in Canada or top global institutions. The Ontario curriculum is consistently evaluated as one of the top 5 education systems in the world by the Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA), a triennial international study that evaluates education systems worldwide, from the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).

Upon graduation, students at RIS are awarded with the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD), a globally recognized Canadian credential accepted for undergraduate admission to top institutions in Australia, Canada, Malaysia, Singapore, UK, and USA.

The Canadian Sixth Form (CSF) program is a 1.5 to 2-year (Grade 12 & 13) program for students who are interested in pursuing an undergraduate degree at global universities where English is the medium of instruction. The CSF program provides an alternative learning format to the Cambridge Sixth Form program, requiring:

  • Completion of 7 to 14 OSSD credit courses
  • 20 hours of community leadership service
  • Ontario Literacy Test
The CSF program is opened to Cambridge “IGCSE” graduates and French Baccalaureate “Première Classe” graduates.
